Technical office
The heart of the company
At Estudener, we have our own technical office made up of engineers and specialists in 3D design, structural analysis, and manufacturing-process development.

We design and develop custom tools, fixtures, and manufacturing solutions adapted to each project, optimizing time, cost, and safety. Our approach combines advanced technology with practical experience, ensuring that every process is perfectly aligned with the client’s requirements.

Welding
Welding, our specialty
At Estudener, we specialize in welding steel structures—one of our core areas of expertise.
We use advanced technologies to achieve precise, strong, and long-lasting welds.
In addition, we work with approved welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and duly qualified and certified welders, a key differentiating factor in our sector.
We have wire-feed welding systems and next-generation welding robots capable of automating repetitive processes with high accuracy. These systems allow us to work with components of any size—from small pieces just a few centimeters long to structures over 6 meters.
Our facilities are equipped with two overhead cranes, as well as light cranes, rotators, positioners, fixtures, and auxiliary systems, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality welding.
The entire process is controlled internally to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance with international standards.
Laser cutting
Cutting-edge sheet-metal technology
We have a high-powered, state-of-the-art laser cutting machine capable of cutting steel sheets up to 35 mm thick with millimetre precision.
In addition, our technology allows us to achieve greater thicknesses, up to 40 mm, depending on the material and project requirements.
We offer laser cutting services for medium or long runs, adapting to different materials and thicknesses, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metals within commercial formats and qualities.
This service is used both for complete part manufacturing for clients and for internal production, enabling great agility and versatility.
Having this equipment in-house reduces delivery times, improves process efficiency, and ensures a fast and flexible response to any manufacturing need.
Complementary processes
We take care of everything
At Estudener, we combine in-house and external processes to offer complete manufacturing with full quality control and traceability at every stage.
In addition to our main activities—welding, laser cutting, and structural manufacturing—we provide internal CNC bending for precise, repeatable sheet and profile bending, as well as a painting booth for components up to 12 meters.
To complete the production cycle, we collaborate with a network of certified workshops for machining, galvanizing, zinc plating, shot blasting and thermo-lacquered paint, always under our technical supervision and following Estudener’s quality standards.
This combination of in-house capabilities and certified partners allows us to ensure efficiency, reliability, and deliveries fully adapted to the needs of each client.
