Aviation obstruction lighting

ESTUDENER distributes SYCBA night-time obstruction lights for aviation marking, as well as the corresponding power-supply and control systems.

The lights can be easily monitored using the SYCBA Monitor, a device specifically designed to supervise the operation of up to four obstruction lights—especially useful in autonomous power-supply systems.

Innovative solutions

All SYCBA obstruction-light models use next-generation LEDs to ensure excellent lighting performance, long service life, and very low energy consumption.

They feature a robust and compact construction for maximum durability.

Complete solutions

Aviation-lighting systems can be supplied as fully autonomous kits including solar panels, batteries, cabinets, cables, protections, monitoring and/or control systems, mounting supports for all components, and a full range of accessories.

Night-time obstruction lights

SYCBA night-time lights are used as obstruction-warning lights to improve the visibility of tall structures such as wind turbines, towers, measurement masts, chimneys, broadcast towers, bridges, and buildings.

The light source consists of high-efficiency LEDs combined with optical lenses, providing intense illumination with low energy consumption and long service life.

SYCBA aviation obstruction lights are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).

Beacon monitoring

The SYCBA MONITOR 3.x is a device designed to monitor the current consumption of equipment powered by direct current (DC), as well as the battery charge status of the power system itself.

It is an ideal solution for off-grid autonomous power systems (12/24 VDC, up to 40 VDC) powered by photovoltaic or small-wind sources with batteries.

The device can directly supply power to up to four units while simultaneously measuring each unit’s consumption current, system voltage, and battery charging current — a total of six parameters.

Measurements are available in real time through six analog outputs (0–1 VDC) and via RS-485 communication using the MODBUS RTU protocol in slave mode.

All output signals include galvanic isolation, ensuring protection for external dataloggers or acquisition systems.
