Ready for everything
Semi-automatic welding machines
A complete set of next-generation multiprocess machines for MIG/MAG, TIG, and electrode welding, adapted to each manufacturing need.
Twin-robot welding system
An automated system with two welding robots—one fixed and one moving along a 6 m rail—allowing simultaneous operation. Both include touch sensing position detection to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
18 m welding robot
A welding robot mounted on an 18 m rail, designed for long components. It incorporates touch-control technology for automatic deviation correction.
Suspended welding robot
A welding robot suspended from a 7 m overhead rail for large-volume components. It features a 3D vision system that automatically adjusts positioning.
Laser cutting
A 22 kW laser cutting machine for sheets up to 3 × 1.5 m and thicknesses up to 40 mm. It delivers clean, precise cuts even on thick structural steel.
CNC press brake
A high-precision hydraulic CNC press brake for lengths up to 3.1 m, enabling repetitive bending with minimal tolerances.
Painting booth
A pressurized painting booth for components up to 12 m long, designed to ensure uniform finish and optimal corrosion protection.
Automatic cable and rope measuring
Automated equipment for precise measurement of wire ropes and steel cables, ensuring uniformity in every set.
Fused-end rope cutting
Fusion-cutting equipment that prevents fraying and leaves a perfectly shaped end ready for immediate use.
Wire-rope ferrule press
A hydraulic press for swaging ferrules and forming loops in wire ropes up to 12 mm in diameter.
Sawing equipment
High-precision automatic saw for profile cutting and a cut-off saw for fast operations on long parts.
Logistics
Two high-capacity overhead cranes, lightweight workstation cranes, and forklifts for safe handling of materials and structures.
