New investments in modernisation and automation
ESTUDENER continues making firm progress in its commitment to modernisation and automation in all manufacturing processes. A clear example of this is the incorporation, in recent months, of new welding robots, a laser‑cutting machine, and a CNC sheet‑bending machine. All these investments allow the company to maintain its position as a leading supplier of wind‑measurement towers (both self‑supporting and guyed).
The 18‑meter track robot enables the fabrication of large‑length components and sections. Meanwhile, the 7‑meter‑track robot allows complete versatility in manufacturing components of any size.
The new robot systems meet the highest standards in production processes and optimize manufacturing times through synchronized and simultaneous welding between several robots working on the same part. This allows ESTUDENER to offer clients immediate delivery times for most of its products.
The Bystronic laser‑cutting machine, with automatic feeding station, enables cutting of sheet metal up to 25 mm thick and in sizes up to 4000×2000 mm.
Finally, the MEBUSA bending machine, which operates on a multi-point principle, allows for a bending length of up to 3,100 mm.
